Whilst we want you to be happy with your products, we will not replace burners for imperfections. If you are not happy we will be happy to refund you but each piece will be checked before packaging. If your burner is chipped or damaged, of course we will replace it (please send us a photograph as soon as you notice it, within 2 days of your order being received) If we do not have the same burner in stock we will give you other options or if we cannot find another that you like, we will offer a refund
